1. Who Is Responsible

The data controller is 360 Soft, operating from Nidakule Atasehir Bati, Barbaros Mah. Begonya Sk. D:1/2, 34746 Atasehir, Istanbul, Turkiye. Contact details for data questions are published on the contact page of this website.

We process personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Where we process data belonging to individuals in the European Union, we also apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. What We Collect and Why

Data you give us. When you submit a contact or quotation form we collect your name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Without it we cannot reply to you.

Order data. If you make a purchase we collect the details necessary to fulfil and invoice the order. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Usage data. Analytics tools record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand and improve the site, not to identify you individually.

Technical logs. Server logs record IP address, request time and user agent for security and troubleshooting.

Recruitment data. If you send a job application we process the information in it for the purpose of assessing your application.

We process contact and enquiry data on the basis of your explicit request and our legitimate interest in responding to it; order data on the basis of contract performance and our legal obligations; analytics on the basis of consent where required; and log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of our systems.

We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and, where applicable, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation. Enquiry data that does not lead to a project is deleted or anonymised once it has no further purpose. Applications for a role are kept for a limited period and then deleted unless you ask us to keep them on file.

4. Who Has Access

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes.

Data is shared only with service providers who need it to deliver a function of the website or our service: hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, payment processing and shipping providers, and our accountants and legal advisers where required. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Some of these providers operate outside Turkiye, which means data may be transferred abroad. Where this happens we rely on the safeguards permitted by the applicable legislation.

5. Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working — session state, the shopping basket, security and load balancing. They cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand traffic and measure campaigns. Where consent is required these are only set after you give it, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings, which also allow you to delete existing cookies.

6. Your Rights and How to Use Them

You may ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy of it, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, request deletion where the legal grounds apply, object to certain processing, and ask us not to send you marketing communications.

Requests can be sent using the contact details published on this website. We respond within the periods required by the applicable legislation, and we may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.

We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always the one published on this page. In case of any inconsistency between this English text and the Turkish original, the Turkish text prevails.
